Back to Basics in Work Comp - Part 2 of 3

This webinar is produced by the National Workers' Compensation Defense Network (NWCDN), in partnership with the Workers' Compensation.com Center for Education Excellence. Peddicord Wharton is a member of the NWCDN.  

NWCDN lawyers from four adjacent midwestern states, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, are partnering to present a three-part series of webinars entitled "Back to Basics." Look for part 3 coming up in October.

Part Two of “Back to Basics” will focus on compensability of claims, factors of entitlement, types of work injuries, causation issues, and defenses. These topics will be covered by utilization of factual hypotheticals which will highlight similarities and differences between each of the four states. For adjusters practicing in any of these states, this webinar is a must!
