Peddicord Wharton Attorneys Alison Stewart and Marshall Tuttle have been named Partners at Peddicord Wharton.

Alison’s practice is focused on workers’ compensation and personal injury defense. She has worked on all aspects of cases ranging from simple to complex, including trials, mediations, settlement negotiations, and appeals. Alison graduated from Drake Law School and Simpson College.

Marshall primarily practices in civil litigation and workers’ compensation and has successfully defended his clients in all phases of litigation, including trial. Marshall is a graduate of Drake Law School and Morningside College.
