Attorney Tyler Smith has been named Partner at Peddicord Wharton, effective January 1, 2023.

Tyler focuses his practice in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, and employment litigation. As a trial lawyer, he helps clients see the “big picture” or long-term strategy of the case, which allows him to work with clients to resolve cases in the most efficient way possible.

Tyler graduated from Drake Law School and Simpson College.
